So, you get engaged & then it's wedding planning mindset...now what!?
Call me! We will start creating your wedding day vision! I will meet with you & your fiance immediately, I will suggest and contact all vendors, set up all meetings, shop around for prices, manage your budget and will not take NO for an answer when it comes to making your day swoon worthy!
I answer every question, help make decisions based on experience, keep your people on time and totally informed where they need to be and when they need to be there. Make sure down the aisle timing is perfect and if the flower girl freezes I'll swoop in! I will pick up, transport, set up, tear down...basically if it needs done, undone, overseen, or executed, I'll do it!
Prices:
Package Price is completely based on length of time between hiring and event.
1 year or less : $2500
1 year - 18 months :$3000
18 months - 2 years : $3500
Wedding Week
All your ducks are in a row but your feeling overwhelmed with wedding week?
This is the package for the bride that totally has her wedding ready! Vendors scheduled, everything paid, dress altered and the vision is complete....but getting everything where it needs to be, answering 782 questions, laying out the ceremony, running the rehersal seems overwhelming!
That's where your Wedding Week Coordinator steps in and steps up! I make sure your bridal party knows where and when resheral, hair and make up, pictures, wedding, etc all is and I make sure everybody is on schedule. I call the vendors and they contact me that week with any questions so that you can enjoy the process and not be stressed! I am the first contact for anyone regarding any decision making {like when you run out of wine, or the DJ wants to know if you're ready for the garder toss} that way you're not pulled away from your guests and the fun, all.night.long.

There is TONS of coordination with vendors that you don't know and are not familier with, when it comes to planning an event away. Lot's of research! Ton's of options! Where do you start? I do all the dirty work for you. I will narrow down options, negotiate prices, and help you find the best people to work with. I will even go with you and make sure everything is smooth and there are no surprises!
Prices:
Rates are the same as Yes to I Do!
Just add travel, lodging and $30 per day {in destination} for "living expenses"
